Disclosures to an entity, as set out above, subcontracting services, or hosting Águas Azuis's servers may imply that we are required to transfer your data to countries that do not meet the standard of having adequate protection. In such cases, we have procedures designed and implemented to ensure compliance with applicable data protection laws to protect your data.
8. PROTECTION AND SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA
Águas Azuis has adopted appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss or unlawful processing.
